自动话务员功能

请教各位老师思科C2911路由器上IP话机已经添加成功，所有电话也可以呼叫，所有外线呼入到8006分机振铃，再由8006转到下面的IP分机，现在有个需求是想配置话务员功能，外线呼入能提示："欢迎致电xxxx公司，请拔分机号码，查号请拔零，由总机为你服务."网络拓扑：电信光猫电话口------>2911 4FXO------>3850(voice:vlan10,data:vlan15)-------cp7821
各位老师，路由器版本：15.7,CME版本：12.0,路由器上还需要添加那些配置,请各位赐教，谢谢！

思科BACD功能我配置了没有用，打外线就自动挂机，debug没有调用到AA

您好，我的AA也有问题，我的可以调用，但是welcome音频特别卡顿，我按1后再按分机号打电话，也是没问题的，现在就是welcome这个很卡，目前还未找到原因，配置如下：
