从LOG上看：*Feb 28 03:28:39.083: bsnUnlockDevice: not bring radio up: radio 0 is in admin disable state
说明了，天线没有启动，而天线没启动的原因有：1.天线坏了，可做RMA解决。2。供电不足，可换一个高功率电源。

问题确定了：是AP供电不足，更换电源后，AP正常注册上WLC
