这样配置以后，sla里检测的目的地址不断，可以检测到。但到2.2.2.2/32的路由都不会写入路由表！
删除track1，下一跳为10.1.1.2的路由出现在了路由表。
反复测试，只要加了track的路由就不会出现在路由表中！
