思科3850 CPU很高

CPU总的占用率如下:其中有两个进程占用率很高,请问stack-mgr是个什么进程?

Description
Symptom:
"show process cpu" reports high CPU utilization due to 'stack-mgr' process (which consumes >75%).
Conditions:
Excessive mac-address flapping
OR
Aggressive mac-aging timer configuration - <= 15 seconds
OR
Spanning-tree Topology Change Notification (TCN) due to frequent layer1/2 events and/or spanning-tree misconfiguration in the network
Workaround:
Eliminate the conditions mentioned above and/or update the configurations (to stop aggressive mac aging and frequent STP TCNs).
Further Problem Description:
This defect is closed as it is an expected behavior for the stack-mgr process to consume more CPU cycles when there is excessive mac flaps.

Description

1.确实存在mac-address flapping的情况
2. mac-aging >15 seconds
3.没有频繁的TCN报文
按大神回答,应该是mac-address flapping导致的了,但由于现网的架构是这样,mac-address flapping情况属于正常,有没有可以不改变现网的架构降低CPU的方法呢?
请问大神的资料在哪里找的?我上网找来找去都没有相关的资料

Host 0050.568f.0952 in vlan 2 is flapping between port Te1/0/2 and port Te1/0/1
聚合口的成员端口是stand-alone。。。
