现有一台思科路由器查看cpu显示 TTY Background 进程占用60%，按照网上说的停止logging synchronous没有变化。请问该如何解决？按照官网的说法需要重启路由器，可这是台核心路由器真的不能随便重启啊。
网上的说法为使用下面命令：
Router(config)#line con 0
Router(config-line)#no logging synchronous
