看看都是哪些流量到了CPU。

第一行87%/3%表示cpu总体利用率达到了87%,但interrupt percentage只有3%,表明交换机接收的流量不大,在正常范围内。
后面两行表明有可能出现MAC地址在不同端口摆动,查一下是否有应该配置Etherchannel的地方没有配置或者配置得不对。
再检查一下生成树协议,看看各个vlan的生成树root是不是不在你预想的设备上(show spanning-tree root)
使用命令show spanning-tree detail | in ieee|from|occur|is exec查一下是否有某个vlan的topology changes太高
最后回想一下最近网络是否有变动,网络接的设备是否有变动
