新ap无法上线怎么办

新ap，其他都没问题，就这个有问题,

请问这个AP是室外AP吗？例如AP1562，AP1572什么的。
如果是话，可以尝试根据如下链接操作：
-添加AP MAC地址
-修改AP的mode未local
（如果一种没有解决，建议另一种方式也尝试一下）

如果不是室外AP的话,是不是8系列的AP？是否版本不支持：
-AP型号
-WLC型号
-可以在WLC采集一下如下信息：
show sysinfo
show time
show msglog

我原来碰到过类似情况，因为瘦AP自带胖AP的系统，在自己启动时，加载了胖AP的BOOT文件，
这个情况，楼主可以参考一下。
