已解决: 【求助】无线接入点AIR-AP1815W-H-K9无法注册到ME

环境是使用两个AP1815W，其中一个使用Mobility Express镜像作为控制器，都连接在同一个交换机后，ME的IP地址分别192.168.1.11，需要加入的1815W的IP地址是192.168.1.13,使用路由作为DHCP服务器。作为ME的1815W已经配置好。作为瘦AP的1815W已经用MODE恢复到出厂状态。

1815W瘦AP加入ME的过程中出现错误。在ME内用CLI DEBUG记录到如下信息：

开始以为是AP鉴权错误，但从DEBUG消息记录看鉴权已经完成。
瘦AP的1815W能够从DHCP服务器获得IP，从ME控制器的CLI也能够PING通。

(Cisco Controller) >ping 192.168.1.13
Send count=3, Receive count=3 from 192.168.1.13

怀疑还是ME的配置有哪里没有做好，我已经把ME的全部配置和瘦AP加入ME的错误消息作为附件上传。请大家帮忙看下如何解决。谢谢啦。

采集完成，debug disable-all关闭

问题已经解决。从Cisco下载了最新的AIR-AP1815-K9-ME-8-10-112-0.zip镜像放到TFTP服务器供瘦AP下载。待瘦AP更新完后自动重启，自动加入了现有ME。
估计故障原因是两个1815W之间版本不匹配造成。现在全部升级到8.10.112后可以识别出来了。版主可以将这个问题关闭了，谢谢。

您好.我现手中也有1815w.ap...您能分享8.10112这个版本吗.....还有这个ap调试口比较特殊.官网显示是rs232转ttl四针.您能上一下这线接口图片吗?

ME版本的固件可以直接下载，并不需要合同账号，链接是
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286305324/type/286289839/release/8.10.112.0?i=!pp
另外我不是用ttl而是SSH配置的，没有console线。建议还是用TFTP的方式更新固件

应该是测试版本不需要合同号吧。以前的版本还是需要

我经过N次试验.己经搞定这根1815W调试线.现在升级版本敲命令非常方便.

不过这样的话，升级不是还得把1815W从墙上拆下来？
Cisco估计已经认识到这么设计很反人类，新的9105AXW已经把console口改回RJ45，并且放到了外面。代价就是尺寸比现在的1815W大了些
