问题已经解决：可能上面提出的问题太弱智了，社区的大师没有人指点，我来把过程写给和我一样的初学者小白，希望不要走同样的弯路，先使用tftp的方式，串口线交叉线都插上，本地连接显示 没有插网线，一直纠结笔记本与电脑连上交叉网线，本地连接显示网线拔出，从昨天晚上到今天早上一直在网上查怎么在ROMMON模式下启用G0/0端口无果暂放弃，后来在网上看到有人发使用U盘也可以导入IOS文件，但我试了，在ROMMON模式下可以看到U盘里的资料，但没有COPY命令就放弃了U盘导入的方法，又尝试通过超级终端的使用xmodem命令,在rommon模式下提示“monitor: command "xmodem" not found”，放弃......又回到第一个方式tftpd，在输入完tftpdlnd命令后端口启来了，太兴奋了，分享给大家，希望各位不要像我一样一直纠结在网络状态不可用那里，整整耽误了3个小时。
