急急急，因疫情在家办公无法连接公司cisco anyconnect

显示信息 :AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again.   
所用环境: macOS mojave  10.14.6
cisco anyconnect 日志：
    下午5:28:27    Ready to connect.
    下午5:28:27    Contacting vpn.mlamp.cn.
    下午5:28:32    User credentials entered.
    下午5:28:32    Establishing VPN session...
    下午5:28:32    Connection attempt has failed.
尝试卸载重装，没有解决，（不知道是不是因为没有卸载干净，重装完会把登录信息自动带出来）
能ping 通服务器 也没有开网络共享
尝试重置mac 网络配置 没有解决

折腾了一天了，网上各种办法几乎都尝试了，就差重置系统了各位大佬，帮帮我吧

问题不一定出在客户端上，要看ASA上的配置。

用另外一台电脑登陆没问题，其他同事登陆也没问题

那如果客户端版本也一致，只能说你RP不太好了

把profile全部删除再安装，然后再试试。mac下profile配置文件位置需要自己查下。

大佬 您好，按照你的操作删除了   
/etc/profile
~/.bash_profile
这两个文件。
还是报错，
报错显示：
AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again.

我说的是anyconnect的profile文件，不是系统的profile文件。。。 你这么删了系统不会出问题吧。。。

删之前都有备份的，没啥问题，anyconnect的profile文件也按照您说的删除了，还是一样的问题，   每次重装完登陆的时候都会把我的信息带出来，我的登录账号信息存在哪里，是不是没卸载干净?
